Marc founded LEO Lab in 2012, driven by a passion for innovation and a desire to push industry boundaries. He led research into additive manufacturing (3D printing) to explore its potential for the orthotics field. After nearly three years of research and testing, LEO Lab introduced Canada’s first HP MultiJet Fusion 3D printer.
Brandon, a podiatrist from South Africa with over 23 years of experience, is an expert in clinical biomechanics, podiatry, diabetes, and complex wound care. He co-founded Cape Town’s first digital orthotics lab and earned an MSc in Diabetes Medicine from the University of South Wales in 2015. An educator on diabetic foot care for medical professionals, he is currently pursuing a PhD in Physical Medicine. As the former president of the Podiatry Association of South Africa, he also played a key role in establishing the largest multi-disciplinary team for complex wound management in the Western Cape.
Pratik oversees daily operations at LEO Lab, ensuring efficiency and precision across all projects. As the in-house engineer, he brings technical expertise to streamline production and enhance product quality. Pratik’s role bridges operations and engineering, supporting LEO Lab’s commitment to cutting-edge technology and excellence in custom orthotics.
